ANF AC MALTA, LTD. (ANF AC) is a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QSTP), duly registered with the Registry of Companies in Malta with registration number C75870 and VAT number MT 23399415.

ANF AC is a private Certification Authority, recognized and accredited by the Maltese Government as a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP).

ANF AC is the exclusive owner of all the intellectual property rights that may be derived from the certification system described and regulated in this website.

By using this site, you accept these terms and conditions and any additional ones that may be established in other webpages. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions of use, please do not use this website.

ANF AC is the owner of the intellectual property rights of its CPS, Certifications Policies and generally, its PKI system model.

The following conditions regulate the access and use of the pages contained on the website, which can be freely visited, except for those reserved for users of ANF AC certification services.

After the period provided in the previous section, without the conflict being resolved, the difficulty or dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of Malta.

United States of America

If you access the website from the United States, the interpretation of these terms shall be governed by the laws of Houston (Texas). Nonetheless, all other claims related to the principles of legal conflict shall be governed by the laws of the state where the user lives, including claims under state consumer protection and unfair competition.
